Cannot destroy used bulletin board flyers in inventory

    Title: Cannot destroy used bulletin board flyers in inventory

    Details: I removed a bulletin board flyer that had was published into my backpack, in the bank, back in my backpack and it is not able to be deleted. I get the "use Item' when right clicked, but no "destroy selected items" selection.
