Cannot display community cloak

    1. Title: Cannot display community cloak

    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

    3. Blocker? No

    4. Details: My community cloak MGT Gathering 2017 cannot be displayed on the wall

    5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to display community cloak

    6. User Specs: PC Windows 7 Pro 64 bit GeForce GTX 1060 W/6gb
    Note that I don't know if I ever could with this particular cloak. I don't remember trying. I can display other community cloaks I have.​

    Hello! I am bumping this bug report because it wasn't responded to and I found out that another person who came to the event cannot hang their cloak on the wall either.
