Cannot gain /formalcourage from Horatio (still)

    Title: Cannot gain /formalcourage
    Reproduction Rate: N/A
    Blocker? No (Yes, OCD)
    Details: Courage questline completed. Still have map marker (but not journal entry) pointing Horatio: Talk to captain. Talking to Horatio or the Captain does not clear the marker or give the emote.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to captain, move forward in questline, find out that map marker did not clear.
    Windows 10 pro, Intel i5-4690k 3.5GHz, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

    Trying to get all the emotes, not sure if the journal cleaning code actually would aid in this case because there is no journal entry for this one. I have a sinking feeling that im boned in this, plz send help :p
