Cannot interact with large stack of arrows in my house

    Title: Cannot interact with large stack of arrows in my house
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? N
    Details: I have a large stack of arrows left over from vendor previous vendor purchase of 144k arrows. The stack is 64,234 in size. As of this release it is colored red and no longer able to remove some or even interact with it at all.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to manipulate large stack of arrows
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32719
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110

    Area: Kingsport

    FYI, 5 hours later, still red and unable to interact with. So doesn't look like a transaction thing.
