Cannot interact with scrolls when placed as deco

    Title: Cannot interact with scrolls when placed as deco
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When placing the maps or raffle tickets as deco, they cannot be opened. The raffle tickets show a green arrow as if they should react to a double click (or "E") use command. The arrow remains white over the maps.
    The maps can be opened while in inventory. The raffle tickets do nothing.

    Steps to Reproduce: Place scrolls as deco and attempt to interact with them. (see video below)
