Cannot level Batching Materials - Smelting above L39

    Title: Cannot level Batching Materials - Smelting above L39
    Reproduction Rate: always
    Blocker? maybe
    Details: I am leveling the new refining skills. I could level all to L40 - except "Batching Materials - Smelting" which stay stuck at L39
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32693
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8096
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.719.Date.01.24.18
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Diamond Fields
    Area Display Name: Diamond Fields
    Loc: (31.6, 90.2, 33.2)

    You must do it in batches to get the batch bonuses to tick up.

    I did and the swift skill did level up.
    I have logged out, logged in again and toggled the training and after some trials I could level it

    same problem my batching material - smelting stuck at 39 lvl, i tried re launch game client, smelt another ores, on another bench, lock|unlock skill, should i create my own thread? :D sorry guys im new player

    I also can not level past 39.7 or so. The two refining skills were leveling at the same rate then "batch processing - smelting" stopped.

    Having exact same issue with batching milling. It's stuck at 39.8, whilst refine is currently at 43.
