Cannot loot mobs while in water

    1. Title:I can't loot mob killed in water
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?NO
    4. Details:While in Blackblade Foothill undermines, (probably the same in other water zone) I am unable to loot Kobolds I killed in water.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Go to Blackblade Foothill mines, kill kobold, can't loot.
    6. User Specs: R27, W10 64 bits

    I just noticed this in the mines of "Blackblade Foothills" after killing a Kobold in SHIN deep water that it was unlootable. o_O
