Cannot masterwork or enchant bucket helm

    Title: Cannot masterwork or enchant bucket helm
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Craft button does not light up when bucket helm is used in masterwork upgrade recipe. Bucket helm doesn't appear as an option for the enchant recipe and craft button does not light up when bucket helm is used in the recipe.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Create bucket helm (exceptional +1)
    Attempt to use with either masterwork or enchantment recipe
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 16357
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 1990
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.419.Date.05.27.16
    Area: Novia_R1_PlayerVillage_01
    Loc: (-0.1, 27.6, 62.2)
