Cannot not destroy starter recipe stuck in backpack

3. Blocker? Can't delete the item
4. Details: I learned the recipe for a yard of leather on my own. I started with the basic recipe as well. It can't be destroyed.
5. Steps to Reproduce:None. Always in inventory
6. User Specs:Windows 10, 4.0 AMD, GTX 1070

I started with the recipe however I learned the recipe naturally at the crafting station. I cannot right click and destroy item nor can I use the recipe because it's already been learned. I cannot destroy in bank inventory or in my backpack inventory.

Its mostly just annoying. It's occupying a spot in my backpack. I have enough clutter as is with all the tools required for crafting. It would be nice to be able to destroy it or sell it. Unfortunately it has 0 value.
