Cannot peruse in-game map

    Title: Cannot peruse in-game map
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: We used to be able to click and drag the in-game map around (to re-position the map within the window), but now I cannot do this, and the map "stutters" (it fights me and tries to move back to it's original position while I am trying to drag it).
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to re-position map within the in-game map window.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 24475
    GPU: AMD RADEON R9 M390 GPU RAM: 2029

    Are you moving at the time of attempting to drag? In the bottom left of the map window is a "Follow" checkbox - if this is checked then the map will attempt to stay centered on your avatar; you can drag it if you are stationary, but the minute you move it will recenter on your avatar. If the box is unchecked, then you should be able to freely pan around.
