Cannot place deco in exterior walls of Lord Benefactor house

    Title: Cannot place Banners in exterior walls of Lord Benefactor house
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: trying to place decoration in exterior walls of the Lord benefactor house makes the decoration to "fall inside" as if the walls weren't there.
    Steps to Reproduce: Drag any wall decoration (tried with Ornate Iron Wall Light and Banner) over the 1st floor windows and see how deco does not appear over the walls.
