Cannot place one specific book

    Details:
    I crafted several blank books. Two of them I was able to place on my lot just fine, but the third refuses to be placed. Every time I get an 'error updating lot' message and it snaps back in inventory. I wrote some stuff in it and the published it, but I get the same error.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Try and place the book on my lot.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 8131
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.465.Date.08.17.16
