Cannot plant in my public garden

    I wanted to plant some roses in my public garden.
    Did plant 10 single roses (with seed and water).
    Seeds and water are gone, but the soil claims still to be unused.
    Using the batch planting/watering also do not plant anything, but at least no seeds/water are used.

    Update: the game crashed some time later and the seeds and water were back in my inventory.
