Cannot Sell Items with Vendor in Soltown

I have the option to 'Buy' from the Vendors (that all look the same) in Soltown but do not see a toggle of sorts to 'Sell" items. Unless I am overlooking something, let me know otherwise. Thanks

 

There is a second tab there that you need to click called "sell from inventory". Also, keep in mind that you cannot sell to player vendors at this time, only the npc vendors will buy items from you.
