Cannot target things underwater

    There's an archer stationed in the river in Greymark Forest. After killing him he's impossible to loot underwater. Similarly, it is impossible to target my pet for resurrection.

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Underwater stuff cannot be targetted
    Steps to Reproduce: Kill something so that its body goes underwater
