Cannot wear armor leggings underneath Atavist Robe

Apologies, this is a re-post - but I posted the original *right before* we went to R73 (i.e. yesterday morning), so it immediately was archived and I don't know if it was seen by the right people or not.

Title: Cannot wear armor leggings underneath Atavist Robe - but can under other "dresses"

Blocker? No, but it sure makes my armor defenses suck!

Details:
As you can see in the image below, I am able to wear armor leggings underneath a dress:


But I am *not* able to wear these same armor leggings underneath an Atavist Robe!

Steps to Reproduce:
- put on some type of leg armor
- put on an Atavist Robe - the leg armor will go back into your backpack

this might not go the way you want it to. the response may be that not being able to wear leggings under the robe is correct, and the dress should be changed to match!

 

That's silly, Alley. These things act as a "chest" armor piece only. Which means they would be penalizing anyone who wishes to wear a dress or robe.

Further, if they did not allow us to wear pants on purpose, then they would need to significantly increase the protection given by dresses/robes. Tell Gandolf the Grey or Evard to his face that he can't wear his robe during combat - or the many players in SotA that enjoy running around in a wedding dress fighting.

At least those are my thoughts on the matter!

 

perhaps so, but that robe is one of a long list of dress-like things that override pants.

 

Doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed!

(And yes, that would probably take some time, but I think Atos is wanting to get this sort of thing fixed.) Quality of Life and all that....
