Cant Access Port Mirren To Visit My lot.

    Im aware that Port Mirren Is Supposed to be Accessible From kingsport, But I Have been All Over kingsport And there is no boat that goes there, i even Took each boat to see where they Led.. Lots of Running to Get back to kingsport! But is anyone else experiencing anything similar? or has Access to Port mirren been moved to another town?
