    Details: Cant apply buffs to tamed pets while in a group and be near party members. Buffs will hit party members instead even if pet is targeted and is closest

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. get in a party with another player
    2. summon your pet
    3. have party member in range and in sight when trying to buff pet with celestial blessing or douse or etc
