Can't buy more slots for bank inventory

    1. Title: Can't buy more slots for bank inventory
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? sorta
    4. Details:When I'm conversing with a banker, clicking on "buy more slots" the game spawns a browser window with a message "The requested item is not currently listed on our store." I think it moved to the COTO store and the link should take us to the in-game store but doesn't. Link needs to be fixed.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Talk to a banker, click "buy more slots"
