Can't cast AOE's in The Rise Library w/Spawns or Dog Room w/Spawns

    Title: Can't cast AOE's in The Rise Library w/Spawns or Dog Room w/Spawns
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: can't find any selectable area in the dungeon room's to cast fire ring, meteor shower, ice field ect.
    in the foyer and corridors leading up to the rooms i can cast all the above

    Steps to Reproduce: try to cast any of the spells listed above and try to target the ground.

    This is sad!
    We hoped to explore the Dungeon, but without AoE's it's a bit rough :(

    Maybe @Lord Subtleton can get a fix in before the weekend? ;)
