Can't Change My Email On The Main Site

I went on the main site and I cant update my email. I can only update it on the forums. Anyone know how to do this? Thank you.

 

Are you getting the "This forum uses email addresses from the main Shroud of the Avatar website..." error message?

Because I just tried to change my email address, and received that exact error...in spite of the fact that I don't have an alt account and am certainly not using the email address I tried to change to anywhere on the site here.

About all I can suggest is emailing support. But I'll note that I've been contacted about the error I describe once already today, by another user. It's possible it's a widespread issue and/or an inevitable result of the integration between the main site and forum.

 

I got that error when changing my email address and when I went back into my account the email address did indeed change.

Check your account to see if it did change the email.
