can't create combat deck

Hi!
Sorry for my english.
I don't playing Sota 1.5 year.
Yestoday I playing Sota and in my house off light.
After there, my combat panel hide, and I can't create new deck, all my deck just disappered.
What I do, for fix this.
I talking with adventur trainer, he giving me book.
I talking with Oracul, this not help me.
I reinstall game - not help me.

Update:
I reset all quest... not help me... good.

Update#2: I enter my new character, have combat panel, can make deck.

Update#3: I can fast click key Y and see my old dekc, and if I fast click on Old deck, I can edit. But if I press again key Y, I see - New Deck...
