Cant enchant anything

    1. Title:Cant enchant anything
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: I have 17 of enchantment, had no problem enchanting before the patch.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Have the enchamente recipe, have 17enchantment, put 5 gold ingots, 10 MR and a necklace in a alchemy workstation, press craft, i message will apear "This recipe requires a ?Bugged? of 30 or higger.
    6. User Specs: Windows 10. I7 8gRam ATI 5830
