Can't enter Brightbone Pass going form south to north

    Title: Can't enter Brightbone Pass going form south to north
    Blocker: No
    Repro Rate: 100%
    Details: Head to Brightbone Pass. As you approach the pass from the south side ( the perennial coast side - Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (102.6, 24.2, -342.4)) you get the Enter button. As you approach closer to the gate, the button disappears.
    Steps:
    * head to Brightbone pass from the Perrenial Coast side
    * approach the gate, slowly
    * as you near the gate, the button will flash up so you can enter
    * as you get closer to the gate, the button disappears
