    Title: Can't fish in nightshade pass streams
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Only have red circles when attempting to fish areas denoting that there are fish.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go up nightshade pass towards hilt and attempt to fish in one of the streams.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9450 @ 2.66GHz (4) System RAM: 8192
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 1989
