Can't flip deco if you unmap "Start Glyph Combo"

    Title: Can't flip deco if you unmap "Start Glyph Combo"

    Details: If the user has nothing set for "Start Glyph Combo" - flipping deco will not work.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try flipping a book, for example, with Start Glyph Combo unmapped. Remap it to something else - try again.
