Cant get bardifact effects in 1st person veiw.

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079
    SotA.Win.64.1026.Date.08.03.19
    Area: POT_swamp_metropolis_01_template/Serenite
    Area Display Name: Serenite
    Loc: (14.6, 38.5, -448.2)

    If I go into first person view, I can get the effect once, then it wont work anymore. if I got back to 3rd person view, it works again.
