    Title: Can't get iheartyou emote from Khasi after freeing Sequanna.
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? Sort of but not really. Just no iheartyou.
    Details: Can't get iheartyou emote or any keywords after freeing Sequanna. All she says is "I have already heard the wonderful new..." over and over.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to Khasi after freeing Sequanna
