Can't get out from Any Zone to Novia

I tried to walk out of Soltown to Novia and receive a message on the loading screen saying that I could not get out of the instance and need to teleport to a friend.

I relog and try again, now I'm stuck at the loading screen at 56% "Waiting for your character to leave the previous scene...."

 

At least two more players who had been hunting Soltown Catacomb are having the same issue right now.

The exact message when I first tried to get out of Novia was, "The target instance is no longer open to new players. Try having your friend teleport to you instead."

 

This is happening to me aswell, Cant access novia at all.

 

Confirmed, Cant leave Bastion's Point.

 

The issue to occurs only multiplayer mode. I tried single player and friend only, I was able to leave a town/dungeon to Novia.

 

The issue doesn't seem to occur to leaving a zone to Hidden Vale

 

@Roycestein Kaelstrom @Mactavish @HogwinHD Thank you all for reporting. We're currently investigating the problem. May I ask how long you have been observing this?

 

I logged into the Game After being on it a few hours previous, with no problems, But when i tried to exit to novia An hour or so ago, the game just repeatedly crashes and in some cases says the target zone is No Longer available. Im estimating around the 2 hour mark maybe?

The same thing is happening to me as well. I can say i've been playing early this morning and observed no issues. I'd say that last time i changed scenes was 6 hours ago.

As stated above, no problems going to Novia in SPO. Once in SPO i logged off then tried to log back in in MPO and got the same message.

 

@Attenwood, I haven't had this issue before since I started playing this game. Last night I was able to go to Novia from many locations several times.

The issue has been occurring around 9 AM EST (that's when I started logging in today).

 

Haven't tried going to novia since last night I guess... trying to take boat from HV to Novia but this is what I get:

Updated - Seems to be isolated to Multiplayer mode for me... I can get to novia in friends-only.

 

That's the exact screen I got from leaving any location to Novia
