cant go up steps directly in Ruined Keep

    Title: cant go up steps directly in Ruined Keep
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? need to go around invisible wall/step
    Details: when running up normal steps that should be passable, the top step doesn't allow you to pass unless strafe around it back and forth, this is actually true for a lot of steps near this area as well.
    Steps to Reproduce: just walk up the steps at the location indicated
