cant log in at all for first time user :

    I went into windows firewall and allowed SotA.

    Log in w my name and pw, click resume
    isle of storms, building map, coordinating data, equipping avatars to 100, hangs there for about a minute...

    error the network connection was lost..

    PELICAN network congestion caused a disconnection from the game service (then i click ok)
    and back to log in screen

    Just so i know how to proceed (or not proceed)... should i just keep trying? I tried this morning again and same issue. I am getting punted back to log in after the loading process. Is there anyone I should message or just wait for it to fix on its own?
