Can't Masterwork circlet

    Title: Can't Masterwork circlet
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Can not apply masterworking to plain circlet on blacksmithing table.
    Steps to Reproduce: place a crafted circlet and 5 silver ingots on blacksmithing table.

    OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16266
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 GPU RAM: 1024

    @calkano (PAX) - Thank you for reporting. However, this piece of headgear is listed as a "Clothing" recipe and not an "Armor" recipe. I believe none of the clothing recipes are supposed to be able to be masterworked and may be intended.

    Either way, there likely won't be a "fix" until R39 on this.
