Can't mount wall shelf on some walls in village stone 5-story basement

    Title: Can't mount wall shelf on some walls in village stone 5-story basement
    Reproduction Rate: 98%-ish
    Blocker? no
    Details: many spots on the walls that used to allow a shelf no longer work. i just get the red shelf.
    Steps to Reproduce: grab a shelf try to place it on a wall. if you walk around with it, dragging it across the walls, you can find the spots.
