Can't move after using "Dig In" - Need to relog

    Details/Repro: When using Shield skill "Dig In" and getting knocked down, my character gets stuck, unable to move/use skills. Only logging out and back in fixes the issue. The problem was encountered when fighting the dragon in The Rise.

    Rate: Every time

    Blocker: Sort of, need to log out in a boss fight
