Can't place fog generator

    Title: Can't place fog generator.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I can't place a fog generator anywhere that is covered by a grass and tree remover. In the screenshot below, you can see that the entire bottom floor of my lot has a grass and tree remover intersecting it. I am unable to place a fog generator anywhere on the bottom floor. I tested this in other parts of the POT using my other account (POT owner) And a fog generator cannot be placed under any part of a grass or tree remover.
