Can't place items in the upper windows/dormers in HollowLog 2-Story Village Home

    Details: I cannot place any deco items on the shelf of the windows/dormers in the second floor of the HollowLog 2-Story Village Home. Since it works downstairs in the same kind of windows, it should work upstairs, too.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place any deco item on the window shelf on the upper floor.
