Cant put carpet or small pavers on stage

    Title: Cant put carpet or small pavers on stage
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Can put objects on a stage but carpet and pavers fall through to the ground only.
    Steps to Reproduce: place stage, attempt to put a carpet on them.

    @Xee, that is correct. there are several items that are flagged to not let you place them anywhere other than a floor or the ground, which means they can't go on eachother, either. carpets, pavers, and stages are all flagged that way. (so are crafting stations.)
