cant remove crafted chests from my char bag

I have problems trying to remove and place containers from my char bag, if I try then my mouse turns into lok around mode and I cant drop the graphic container. to get out of mouse look around mode I have to click "I" or "k" to enable the mouse to move around screen without moving me. its jolly annoying, its probably something I'm doing but I canny figure it out.
I've defaulted all the settings for keyboard etc but I still cant do anything, I'm getting heavier as I fill up with unwanted chests and I'm done deleting them.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I log out then log back in it always me to place one container before going back to happens above, I'm now logging in and out etc
