Can't rotate new crafted cooking utinsils vertically

    Details:You can't rotate the crafted cooking utensils and and pans etc. vertically. For instance, it would be nice to be able to hang the pans on walls. Also, if we could rotate the spoons the same way we can bows and such, then we could make the spoons sit in the pans at an angle. Now they can only be horizontal.

    Steps to Reproduce: Try to rotate them vertically.
