Can't see other players practice dummy

    Title:instancing problem with practice dummies
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?
    Details: tried to get party member to use my dummy but he couldn't see it unless he was farther away he could see the numbers popping from nowhere and not where the dummy was. we went to his place and he put a dummy down and started hitting it but I couldn't see it just like he couldn't see mine.
    Steps to Reproduce:logged out of game and back in and still couldn't see his dummy.
