Can't see waterfalls

    Before R23, I had a beautiful view of the waterfall in Dragon's Fall from my home. Now I can see the cliff, but no water! You have to be right up on the waterfall to see a misty flow of water. Please give me back my view.

    I've made no changes. Three other people in our town report the same change. We can't see the water flowing I the waterfall any more
