Can't split off 100 of 1000 Spider Silk to buy from vendor

Title: Can't split off 100 of 1000 Spider Silk to buy from vendor

Details: Trying to buy 100 Spider Silk and 100 Sulfurous Ash from Ardors vendors will not move to exchange window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) go to Ardoris
2) find vendor with 1000 of item that you want
3) try to split off 100 of the 1000 to buy
4) see that you can't move stack to exchange window
5) see that you can move the whole stack or just one with control left drag

OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4771 CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 32768
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096

Shift drag should bring up a number entering box, where you can select, its how ive been buying my 100s for ages - is this not working for you?

 

It does but once the number is enter the item is not there to drag to the exchange window, this just started, it worked fine just a few days ago.

 

if you dragged dropped in to the buy pane, it should should appear as that many when you entered the number.
