cant swap weopons

    when i hit I and C and want to change out weapons, it wont let me, i drag the repair kit onto a weapon but it does nothing, i can remove all pieces of armor though. ive tried dragging the weapons back to inventory, tried dragging various weapons onto the existing ones, nothing helps.
