Can't talk to Kinsey "You just tried..." build 491

    Details:

    Single player, 491, quit (not exit) and restarted, still getting it. I click Kinsey the first time and nothing happens. Click again and get the message "You just tried to talk to that NPC. Please wait a moment."


    Steps to Reproduce:Try to talk to Kinsey.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32604
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8105
