can't turn in painting quest in solace bridge outskirt

    just watched this on a stream.

    clicking on painting opens the quest trade window for half a second. the quest trade window closes and will not open again until you get a new instance.


    side note: i think it's these types of questing mechanics bugs that are causing a lot of the NUE issues.

    Title:Can't turn in painting quest in Solace Bridge Outskirt off-line
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? Sort of? Can't get past this quest to get to the end of Solace Bridge Outskirts quest line.
    Details: "Give Painting to Proper Owner" quest bug
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to turn in the painting to either Lord Langston, or the Fence guy out in the swamp. First time I tried it, quest trade window showed for half second, then vanished never to re-appear.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 15992
    GPU: GeForce GTX 650/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.Linux.64.985.Date.06.04.19

    Save your game and exit. Try loading the save. Exiting the game and then going back will sometimes fix the quest turn in window.

    Give that a try. (For online, logging out then logging back in will usually fix that).
