Can't turn of chat "bubbles" from players

    Title: Can't turn of chat "bubbles" from players
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Trying to get the text out of my screen during the theatrical production of "The Green Rogue," but it won't happen. I've unchecked "Show Chat Bubbles," and "Large Chat Bubbles" in various combinations.
    Steps to Reproduce: Uncheck Show Chat Bubbles, and have someone near you say something.
