Can't use Potion of Disco Fever

During R69 dance party, I purchased a potion of Disco Fever. It was added to my inventory immediately, but I was not able to use it. Double-clicking it, adding it to my non-combat bar and clicking it did not work.

 

Right click on it.

 

The release party was located in a basement, which is technically not a non-pvp pot, which is the required setting for using the disco potion, but is instead its very own special instance. So you were doing everything right, the potion just can't be used where you were. I know from one of his streams awhile back that Chris knows that that is in fact a thing, and there was talk of how it should maybe not be a thing. But lots of things get said on those streams, so I'm unaware of any current follow through on potentially making it so you can actually drink those potions while in a basement.

 

It should still work. I bet it works in NPC towns and the overworld.

 

chris just said on stream they're going to be changed to work in dungeons/basements as long as they're not pvp
