can't use recipe: animal collar

    Title: can't use (learn) the recipe: animal collar that i bought
    Reproduction Rate: not sure since i don't plan on buying another till i know it will work

    Details: i bought a recipe from a player vendor that in the description says i have not learned yet however when i click the "use" in menu nothing happens (doesn't even say i already know it). Even if i double click it nothing happens.
    Steps to Reproduce: unknown haven't reproduced. but the step was simple buy recipe:animal collar off player vendor (cost was 800 gold if that's relevant) then try using recipe

    it's somewhat rare for a player to buy a recipe from an npc vendor to resell (and kind of pointless), but it's possible the seller had that copy from before it was made defunct. you do not need to know it to make taming collars anymore.

    what you have now is a rare item, but not useful.
