Cant water the full circle of your GM-Watering-radius

    Reproduction Rate: Different Lots and planting barrels and beds in Ahnen Hain
    Blocker?
    Details:As in past releases the bug is back, that you cant water alls plants in the circle of you GM-Water-Radius.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16337
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
    SotA.Win.64.868.Date.11.14.18
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01c_template/Ahnen Hain
    Area Display Name: Ahnen Hain
    Loc: (65.5, 38.5, 349.2)

    Thats wierd ..i was heavily encumbered when i planted/watered ...maybe that was causing the problems ?

    tested it with the encumbered.
    started with 1640 water at lot 1 and ended with 100 water at Lot 4 ...
    still the same issue at the end of the watering workout ... cant water the full range

    I watered with the same issues without beeing encumbered. It missed watering 1 or 2 plants each time randomly, not the same spot in circle.

    I think I have it now: if your avatar is the center of the circle you can harvest the full range; if you placer the circle far away in fron of you, it harvest no plants; if you placed the circle direkt in front of your avatar, you harvest only the nearest plants in the circle

    so ... hopefully with the watering is the same issue, but I can double check this tomorrow
