Title: Capital É (accute E) not showing on localized versions

Details:
1) I work on localization project, so i always use my client in Portuguese to track bugs
2) I already noticed that many strings in pt-br that contains the character É simply ommits them ingame. Be it on chat, conversations, or NPC response. This even cause some breaks in NPC translations.

3) Bellow, i put a Screenshot of one elven archer bark. It should read: "É inútil resistir" (It is useless to resist - the original sentence on GetLocalization, context dialog bark txt {Elf Archer}), but it only shows: " inútil resistir", with the É being replaced by an empty space. It happens every time this character occurs and i tested with several other texts and it seems recurring.




Steps to Reproduce:
- Switch language to Portuguese
- Read the dialogs with strings that contains an É (found on any translation XML)
- Observe in this same Screenshot that the small é still displays correctly.
- Other non-ASCII international standard characters seems fine up to now (must check with other languages, but i would not have expertise on them)...
